Offerpad provided a fair initial offer and promptly scheduled the home inspection, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. Their team remained professional and maintained consistent communication every step of the way. Although they were ultimately unable to extend a post-inspection offer due to the property's condition, I’ve worked with Offerpad in the past and continue to value their service. I always present Offerpad as an option to my home sellers before listing on the MLS.

I have worked with Offerpad 3 times now and each time has been great. My only complaint would be with the closing attorney they worked with the last 2 times

I would use them again. Selling my current home through Offerpad was a lot easier than my prior home selling experience. The offer I got was reasonable and the process was pretty streamlined. I was able to move out on the date I chose and they moved us for free.

They made an offer 85k less than market 30+ percent less than value for my neighborhood. After doing everything scheduling the inspection listening to their sales pitch to get a horrific lowball. On an updated near perfect home.. Don’t waste your time. Their market is people about to hit foreclose and desperate. Not us.

A bit too common and offensive materials in and around some houses. It is necessary to look into it. Cheers.

If I could give a minus star I would, they tease you with an offer send a guy out take pictures of everything then don’t make an offer. Our house is 6 years old in great condition, then they want to list it for you. What a scam, stay away shady business for sure.

No Star would be more appropriate. Believe all of the reviews on how OfferPad comes in at the last minute and threatens to lower the price (after a contract is signed) and cancel the contract if you do not agree to their new terms. What a sham! They are liars and cheats. Don't let them fool you with great communication and happy emails. In the end they come in for the "kill" and screw you.

Offerpad claims on their website that they aren’t “flippers”. However, their cash offers are lower than most cash home buyers. They offered me almost $100,000 less than what I bought my home for 2 years ago. The home is only 2 years old and needs no repairs. If Offerpad isn’t a “flipper” then why are offers so low. It’s not for convenience because that’s what the high % fee is for. Just be honest on your website. Don’t give people the impression that you will give them a fair offer on their home.
