It was very easy. They kept me informed of everything going on and if I had a question it was also easy to contact them. We had to modify the closing date and that also was not a problem.

Ryan was very understanding and very helpful. He made it a smooth transition in getting the sale done. Gregg was very helpful at the time of closing getting us the extended stay. It would have been impossible without him.

We were able to close on our house is 15 days as promised. The whole experience was streamlined for the unique situation we were in. Communication was amazing. Process was easy.

Would someone explain how I am receiving emails from OFFERPAD that are addressed to another client. I was a customer almost a year ago. Today I received an email for a Miss Newkirk. I am not, not do I know anyone named Newkirk. My email is my name which in no way remotely resembles Newkirk. Has their database been compromised? I reached out directly, but unless you are buying or selling, there’s no one to talk to.

The company provides a fair offer and then proceeds to take 5% commissions. Then they hire a home inspector to exaggerate the problems he finds and reduce another 10%. I have to admit this process is for the desperate that need to get rid of their house.
