I purchased a Rolex from OMI complete with appraisal and original box: the Rolex Datejust 36MM reference 1601 featuring a striking black Roman diamond dial, sparkling diamond bezel, classic two-tone yellow gold Jubilee bracelet, and approximately 3.75ct total diamond weight. The watch looks absolutely stunning in person. The diamonds catch the light beautifully and the two-tone finish gives it a luxurious yet versatile feel. I also bought a 14K gold diamond Hamsa pendant with 1.20ct of diamonds, which is finely crafted, well-proportioned, and pairs perfectly with the watch. Delivery arrived right on time and both items were exactly as described with no issues whatsoever. Customer service was outstanding throughout the process and quickly worked out a friendly, professional solution to address my concerns. The entire experience from purchase to delivery was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend OMI!

Buying a high end Swiss watch, like a Rolex, online can be quite an anxiety provoking situation.
