Hello Lucas, We can see that you contacted our support team twice asking about a tracking number. Our support replied both times letting you know there is no tracking for the shipping method you selected for your order (regular mail). Please check your "Spam" folder for the replies our support team sent on 12/27/24 and 1/3/25. Unfortunately we have little control over what happens to an order after it is shipped and in the hands of a currier. If a customer lets us know their order is lost in transit we always give them the option of a refund or a replacement, however we never received such notice from you that your order was not received until now. We have refunded the cost of your order back to your original payment method. OneSimCard

Hello Christopher, We apologize for any miscommunication. We do offer a US number meant specifically for receiving verification codes. Unfortunately several major banks including Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo are no longer compatible with our US Bank number, for this reason you will be prompted to enter the bank or institution you intend to use the number with prior to purchase. If you are interested in a US number to receive verification codes please contact our support team and let them know which institution you intend to use the number with and they will let you know if the US Bank number is compatible. Hello Shakil, We have reviewed your account and can see that you have been using our service since 2017 with no complaints. When you contacted our customer support with your issue you neglected to attempt the provided troubleshooting steps and instead insisted on a refund. Normally our policy is to grant refunds for purchases made within the last 30 days, and you had not made any purchases in 7 months. In the extremely rare cases that our technicians cannot resolve a particular issue we will make an exception and grant a refund for purchases made outside of the 30 day window. These rare exceptions require the SIM user to follow the troubleshooting directions of the technicians, as our technicians are supporting customers all over the globe without direct access to their devices. We strive to provide excellent support to all of our users and would like to help you get your eSIM connected if you would like follow the steps provided by our customer support team. OneSimCard
