So far, the experience with On Q has been great. Paul Perry from the Plano office was the most responsive of several PM companies I contacted, and the on boarding process with Forester has gone well, too.

Caution to applicants: I applied for 225 drumcliffe drive and paid the $65 per applicant application fee. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection text stating another applicant was chosen, yet the house remains listed for rent on multiple sites. This appears to be a pattern of collecting application fees without actually filling the vacancy.
