Unique review here... I've ordered from ONSET before the products arrive on time and work as they are supposed to, all you can ask for. On my most recent order I received three items, two were correct but the third was not what I ordered. Like most folks I thought 'oh great here we go' referring to the typical hassle and headache of fixing these situations. I made my phone call ready to plead and fight my case.... But they were extremely helpful, they recognized the mistake immediately and within a day had the correct item expedited to me and sent a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Thanks ONSET! I'm most definitely still a customer.
