The np was blowing bubblegum
The np couldn't pronounce my meds, didn't recognize any of them. She was chewing gum and blowing bubbles during video visit. Her cats tail was flicking across screen. She was unprofessional. I'm a healthcare provider and the bubble gum blowing was so unprofessional.

I’m deducting points because it was my…
I’m deducting points because it was my second scheduled appt for the day. The initial provider no showed yet documented that I wasn’t available. They were not able to provide a backup provider. I had to reschedule for the last of the day with a different provider. But the second appointment provider a NP Jamie S. She didn’t rush me. She answered my questions. She made sure I set realistic expectations.
