After reading so many positive reviews, I purchased your product. After one week of use, the condition and quality of my skin worsened and did not look at all good. I would not recommend it to others.

I used the patches as directed and saw no changes...therefore, I am not satisfied at all with this product and it was a waste of money.

I’m still waiting on my order that I placed on February 13. I realize there was a major weather event right after I placed it, but it’s been almost a month. I sent an email to you asking about it and still have not received a response.

Hi Anna - we apologize for the carrier delay and yes, they have taken such a long time, and good news I see that it's out for delivery today. We searched our emails and did not see an inquiry about this, so if we had known, a replacement would have been shipped right away. Thank you for your patience, and for your understanding -many carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID19, and this is very unusual.

How can I review a product that I have STILL NOT RECIEVED!

Hi Charles - I see from the tracking that we shipped this on 2/5 so I apologize that you received the automated email before you received your order. Apparently the carriers are experiencing delays ever since their volume of online orders have caused an overwhelming amount of shipments due to the impact of COVID19. Hi - I tracked the order USPS Tracking #9405511202523825193739 and is seems that it's delayed through the carrier so we already shipped a replacement. The carriers seem to be impacted severely by COVID and the holiday season, so I believe that is causing the delay, unfortunately, thank you for your patience.

The carriers seem to be impacted severely by COVID and the holiday season, so I believe that is causing the delay, unfortunately, thank you for your patience. As far as the tracking number - that is not a clickable link, so to track a package you can visit USPS.com and copy the tracking number to view the tracking history: 9405511202523825192473 and we did ship your original package on 12/1.
