I just started a new super Anti-Aging Serum and it is VERY watery; I have been using this product for many years and it is usually not watery?

Been using for years
I really like these products. I use the facial creams and soap. My only complaint is that they discontinue products that I use. I’ve called customer service before and had a very good experience.

When I used to purchase your products…
When I used to purchase your products at Nordstrom I always left with samples. Disappointed you did not include any in my box. It is a great way to try new things. Please bring them back

Blue copper 5 Intensive
Blue copper 5 Intensive; Loved the product, hated the packaging. The plastic vials were so heavy and stiff that I lost at least half the product. Tried to cut with scissors and ruined my scissors. Ther has to be a better option.
