When I order something and then say that they’re using OSM, I always cringe and then say a prayer that I will get my package and that I will get it the same month that I ordered it. It took them nine days to go 385 miles. I’m sure companies use them because they’re cheap but this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.

Extremely Concerning Shipping Experience with OSM Worldwide I recently ordered $396.25 worth of prescription glasses from GlassesUSA, with OSM Worldwide handling the initial shipment before transferring it to USPS. When my package arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed with tape. Instead of my prescription glasses, the package contained three boxes of mouthwash. My glasses were completely missing. I immediately visited my local USPS office to report the incident. The postal employee reviewed the shipping records and discovered a very concerning discrepancy. OSM Worldwide originally recorded the package weight as 7 ounces. However, when USPS received the shipment, the recorded weight was 2 pounds. USPS confirmed that its tracking system contained scans reflecting the 2-pound weight. We also physically weighed the package at the post office, confirming it weighed approximately 2 pounds. The postal employee also mentioned that the Glendale, Illinois, area has recently been associated with significant problems involving suspicious shipments. While I cannot definitively establish where the package was tampered with, the dramatic weight discrepancy between OSM Worldwide and USPS raises serious questions about what happened while the package was in transit. I am now dealing with the retailer, USPS, and my credit card provider to recover my $396.25. Something went seriously wrong during this delivery, and I believe OSM Worldwide needs to investigate how a 7-ounce shipment became a 2-pound package containing mouthwash instead of prescription glasses. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the security, handling, and accountability of shipments passing through OSM Worldwide.

Been waiting seven days for my package it ended up in my hometown and then rerouted to some other state. Still haven’t gotten the package. OSM IS A GARBAGE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Insanely awful shipping provider. You literally cannot get worse than this company. They do not move your package in a timely manner, they do not provide accurate updates on shipping movement, and the worst part is they will not respond and try to assist you if you reach out, instead they’ll pawn you off to the company you ordered from.

I would give this company -3 stars if I could. Zero customer support. Zero ability to get ahold of a human. Their auto generated email replies offered no help. Their website has a ton of broken links and contact forms that do not function. Complete scam. Package was set to be delivered 7/26 and it's still missing. After More than 10 emails, all I get is an "its on the way" reply.

Three day shipping took 11 days. Product (small package, less than a pound) origin shipped from Southern California to Glendale Heights, Il then to Las Vegas, NV to be delivered in Oregon? Why would anyone partner with this company?

Delayed for days in one area no updates sat in Delivery Facility for days with no response was mailed out on July 6 and is still sitting in York PA
