Irina was great to deal with. The watch arrived exactly as promised in perfect condition. Her pricing is extremely competitive.

I recently bought a new high-end watch from them. The transaction went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the watch when it arrived. Peter and Irena are very knowledgeable watch industry people, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thomas G. Las Vegas, NV

Highly highly recommended. Excellent service and very trust worthy.

Easy ordering and website is not difficult to navigate

Best pricing I could find. Product arrived quickly and as described. Will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a custom made PVD DLC coated watch and did the entire process over the telephone/ email. Peter was amazing. Thank you!

I never have thought to buy a watch from the internet. To pass away "World Cup" waiting time , I browsed through the net on watches and a pre-owned TAG Heuer Aquaracer Men's Caliber S Chronograph caught my eye - at a great price (70% of retail), advertised as mint condition. Within 3 days by FedEx, which Peter agreed to absorbed the cost, I received the watch and was surprised that it was as good as new. A very happy customer! Thanks Peter for the excellent service. I recommend it highly to anyone looking to buy a watch to visit Pacific Bay Watch web page and keep a look out on the "Special" deal. You never know a deal is tailored for you. Mazlan, Singapore

I just purchased a new Breitling Navitimer World and received it today Very pleased with the watch and most particularly the service. As an avid high end watch collector, I have now found the one reliable source I have been looking for. My future watch purchases will all be through PBW!
