ORGERED THREE PARTS BUT ONLY RECEIVED TWO ONE BACKORDERED FOR A MONTH

Delivery was extremely fast and the part was exactly what I needed.

Wrong parts were shipped (for a completely different brand of freezer). Company paid for return shipping and refunded entire cost. Never got my part, but the only thing lost was the time spent on the emails and trip to FedX.

Part was accurate. Pictures were extremely helpful and shipping was fast. Thank you.

I received the part i ordered in a timely manner, and it fix the problem. Will definitely use Partsips again if needed.

They shipped the wrong part and there is no way to reach out to customer service to return what was sent.

Wanted to return the part. I was told there was a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay return shipping . That meant that if I returned an $83.00 part, I would receive a credit of $68.80 minus $46.00 shipping leaves $22.80 return. Will not do business with this company again.
