Other than paying for what was once…
Other than paying for what was once free, the transition seems seamless. I only use this in it's very basic form but I can see where businesses and power users will find the new features very useful.

I have been using PASSPACK Free for…
I have been using PASSPACK Free for several years and found it great. When PASSPACK paid program was released, I have been immediately ok to pay to keep my PASSPACK. I would recommend it to anyone as it efficient and you would never loose or forget a password.

I try desperately to get support from…
I try desperately to get support from you for a PW recovery - but got zero support - nothing other then saying : it’s my responsibility to figure it out. And yet the company proudly takes my money!! So if I do not get support to retrieve the pw or help setting a new one up -and not losing my passwords from the version 7 - then I will cancel my membership immediately

Hello Wolf, there must be a misunderstanding here, your last message to our customer support team was on June 13th and we replied on June 13th. As there was no further communication we believed the issue had been resolved. Noting that we clearly communicate the importance of safely retaining your encryption key which is fundamental to the product security. I had used the free version for…
I had used the free version for numerous years. When they went to the newer version which was no longer free, I felt that a yearly cost for individuals at $18 was worth it! The support I received for conversion to the v10 was great!!
