I attempted to download windows 10 via…
I attempted to download windows 10 via the link provided; FAILED. I received a key code that is not valid. Unable to update to windows 10. Contacted tech support only to receive numerous instruction that made zero sense. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I attempted the additional steps provided along with the 7 additional key codes; same outcome.

A little unsettling but worked out well
I purchased MS Home and Student 2021 at a very favorable rate. The activation code did not work. I called tech support, and they were able to activate the account for me with no worries. Individual was very helpful and had me up and running in a few minutes.

Great Service, Excellent Product
After being notified by Microsoft that my Windows 8.1 would no longer be supported, I decided to download Windows 10. My attempts were unsuccessful, so I then ordered Windows 10 in a disc format. My disc arrived quickly, and it installed flawlessly.

Helpful Staff and Great Prices I purchased Office 2019 . The customer service folks where very quick to respond to my inquiries and to help with resolving issues relating to the download and installation.
