Very easy....

I needed an ESA letter when I moved into my apartment. All I had to do was complete the online form and pay. In less than 48 hours I had my digital copy. When I emailed it to my property manager she was impressed and said it was exactly what an ESA letter should be!

This service was so fast, convenient and affordable. I’m just blown away about how simple they make this when everyone else makes it so difficult. I couldn’t be happier.

Extremely poor customer service, made 3 phone calls during a period of a month, none of which were returned either via e-mail or call back! Never received my ID card or my dog vest, despite repeated attempts to get information if they were ever shipped in the first place...

I paid for my letter on Tuesday but I had to call Friday because I didn't have it after I talked with them and that day I finally got my letter thanks
