Excellent service!!! Seamless - fast and professional.

I think that this is exactly as advertised! I was able to get my fur baby as me ESA, quick and easy! Everything is valid and I am truly grateful for this company. The only complaint I have is, I ordered my pups support vest, and ID card and it hasn't came. It's been two weeks now. Other then that, great company!

Very difficult to reach your office and speak with someone to correct issues regarding vest incorrect packaging. Slow response to voice mail regarding the issues that need to be corrected.
