Rental agency nightmare fixed!
I had a nightmare situation with a rental agency and PDS came through, changing the letter several times to reflect the verbiage and/or information they required. After a few revisions, the agency accepted the letter and we got into the house we wanted. PDS came highly recommended from a co-worker and I now understand why!
