Excellent service.

I am a Healthcare provider that has always found comfort in my dogs. I recently decided to become a travel Healthcare provider due to the tragic loss of my father. I needed to bring my dogs with me to provide the comfort they always have and they provided this service within 24 hrs. So very grateful!

Customer service is amazing! They are very responsive and really go out of their way to assist you. My papers came in the mail in about a week, but the digital copies showed up in my inbox after they reviewed and went through the process. This company deserves 5stars and more!

I signed up and purchased for two dogs but I’ve only received information in a car for one dog I have contacted Customer Service and I’m now waiting on a reply for this issue to be corrected
