This was actually a really difficult decision to make. It bruised my ego & my pride, but Bailey was very understanding and helped me walk through the process with ease. This isn’t a spot I ever wanted to be in, but I have some hope now.

My case manager took time to get to know my situation and tailor a plan that suited my needs. Debt is a sensitive subject and I can tell that the staff are well trained to be professional and reassuring throughout the process. I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
