Terrible app and product can't ever find your keys or wallet with this app. Badly designed don't understand how YouTube gives it such high ratings im confused. Never works properly I seriously wouldn't bother with this product.

Hi Jon,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the app and product has been so frustrating. We know how important it is for a tracking solution to work reliably, and we take your feedback seriously.
Our products have worked well for many users, which is why you’ve likely seen positive reviews online. That said, we also recognize that individual experiences can vary depending on setup, phone model, and network configuration. If your device wasn’t working properly, we’d really like the chance to help resolve it or offer a replacement.
Please reach out to [email protected] with your order info, and we’ll do everything we can to turn this around for you.

Bad Service, Bad Products
I got a tracking card(looks like a credit card) and put it in my wallet, soon after it broke because I sat on it. They told me not to sit on it(a wallet sized card to track your wallet), they replaced it, but would not refund. I tried to return my other two products, 2 tags, and it had been more than 15 days so they would not return them.
Also, they send a link out to review there products, but when I tried to use it, it had expired. So they only want people to review their products right after they purchase and before they get any use out of them.
None of them have ever worked for actually tracking my device, I don't know if that is pebblebees problem or androids problem, but the product does not work. Wait to buy from a better company that has better products because these don't work.
Response from Pebblebee· Jun 18, 2025
Hi Tyler,
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating on multiple levels. It’s clear that our product didn’t meet your expectations, and we regret that we weren’t able to provide a better outcome.
Regarding the Card tracker, we understand how it could be disappointing for it to break inside a wallet. The card is slim and designed to be portable, and does withstand pressure to a certain degree. That said, we’re glad we could at least replace it for you.
We also hear your concerns about the return window and review link. Our 15-day policy is standard for many direct-to-consumer brands, but we recognize that it can feel restrictive in cases where things don’t work out as expected. As for the review link, we want feedback at all stages of ownership and are looking into extending the review window for exactly this reason.
The limitations you experienced with Android are largely related to Google’s Find My Device network rollout, which has been gradually improving. We’re continuing to work closely with Google to ensure the network performs as it should, but we fully understand your disappointment in the meantime.
If you’d like to reconnect with our team directly, we’re here at [email protected] and would be happy to explore options to make this right.

Dishonest business with fake offers/sales and delivery estimates, false advertising, and shady, shameless, anti-consumer practices
Overpriced (€127.95 for 4 Clips + €14.95 shipping to Europe).
Ordered June 30 for a trip on July 17 with "expected delivery late June to early July". It's July 25, they haven't even shipped yet and refused to compensate. Redeemed "Clip, Card & Tag" offer, they only shipped Clip and Tag. Complained, they claimed I was informed it was unavailable (I wasn't), offered a new discount coupon for the Card, and manually added it to the order when it allegedly became available again.
Apparently only sends satisfaction surveys when they help you and expect positive feedback.
Spams your personal and work e-mail addresses with unsolicited e-mails.
Firmware updates require reset.
Runs limited-time offers of 20%, then, after you redeem them and the offer expires, runs another limited-time offer of 30% immediately after.
Good support.
Update (10/19/2024): One of my clips stopped ringing after ~2 months and another one rings but often doesn't stop ringing.
Update (10/21/2024): They acknowledged the issue, promised a fix via firmware update, and provided reset instructions to remediate meanwhile.
Update (06/19/2025): Pebblebee requested a reference number, my full name, my e-mail address, and my phone number within 3 days or my review may get removed.
Update (06/20/2025): According to Trustpilot, the request for personal details such as my full name and phone number came from Pebblebee. According to Trustpilot, this process is not part of Trustpilot’s verification system and is entirely dependent of Pebblebee. It's not about how Trustpilot manages content or reviews authenticity checks. It's about Pebblebee "asking for more details to better understand your [my] experience".
Update (07/18/2025): Had to threaten chargeback and legal action to get a refund for an order I returned 1 week ago and they confirm they had already received.
Updated (07/19/2025): They only provided a partial refund despite receiving everything back unopened.
Update (08/02/2026): Pebblebee tried to censor my review by flagging it for allegedly containing defamatory content (?!).

Hi Filipe,
Thank you for your detailed review and for taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we clearly fell short.
We regret the shipping delays and confusion around product availability. We’ve since tightened our inventory communication and fulfillment processes to avoid situations like this. Regarding the emails, we are reviewing our notification settings to ensure that communication stays relevant and respectful of your preferences.
You are right that the firmware reset process is particular as we want to avoid unintended resets. We’re actively working on improving that experience and appreciate your patience while we resolved the ringing issue due to Apple and Google networks. The feedback you shared around surveys and perceived timing is also something we’re taking seriously.
We’re glad our support team was able to help and follow through on updates. If anything else arises, feel free to reach out directly to [email protected]. We value your trust and will continue working to earn it.
Update (06/19/2025): We want to clarify that the request for personal details such as your full name or phone number did not come from us. That process is part of Trustpilot’s verification system and is entirely independent of Pebblebee. We do not control how they manage content or review authenticity checks.
Our only goal is to support you and improve your experience. We’ve responded to each concern you've raised and have continued to offer solutions. We’re genuinely sorry that you still feel disappointed, and it seems that despite our efforts, there may be little we can do to change that. That said, if you ever decide to re-engage, our team remains ready to assist...

I have placed 3 orders two for a a pack…
I have placed 3 orders two for a a pack of 4 Pebblebee clip and another for the tag for Android. One order I cancelled last year because it was over 6 months on backorder. I was refunded but this did not include shipping and it was substantial I live in the U.K. I placed another order in April this year and another 2nd of June after getting messages product is ready to ship. I will be going away for a long time with two autistic children one non verbal and 3 years old but still nothing with no idea when they will arrive. In hindsight I should have just bought a Chippolo or Tile that I will most likely have to do anyway and feel scammed would definitely not recommend unless you do not care what year it arrives and not bothered about using it any time soon.

Hi Philip,
We’re truly sorry for the delays you’ve experienced and the impact this has had, especially given your upcoming travel and the importance of these devices for your family. This situation does not reflect the level of reliability or care we strive to provide.
Backorders should always be communicated clearly and handled with greater transparency. We also understand your frustration around the shipping charge not being refunded, and we agree that international customers deserve better in that regard.
We appreciate your patience and are reviewing your case internally to understand what went wrong. Please email [email protected] with your order numbers and reference this message so we can personally prioritize your order or offer an appropriate resolution.
We never want any customer, especially one depending on us for family safety, to feel let down.

Lousy product- Buy AirTag instead
While I like the concept, I was looking forward to charging and trying this product. Unfortunately, the card came with a charging cable that couldn't be hooked up to a USB port. Instead, the other end was a USB-C cable. When I tried to call Pebblebee there was no number. Customer service is only via email or chat. Both are slow and ineffective. Their response was to go out and buy a converter cable. They also said they can't (won't?) talk to customers.
I would recommend that everyone avoid this product like the plague. It doesn't have much of a range, it is bulky, they don't give you the correct charging cables and there is absolutely NO customer service. Get Apple AirTags instead. They work better and have a much, much longer range.
Response from Pebblebee· Jun 18, 2025
Hi Ray,
We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share it. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel unsupported, especially when something as simple as charging the device created a barrier.
Our Card comes with a USB-C charging cable, which is becoming more common globally, but we understand that not everyone has access to a compatible USB-C port. We should have communicated that more clearly, and we’re working to improve both the unboxing experience and product guidance.
As for support, we recognize the limitations of not having a phone line and are investing in faster, more responsive chat and email service to better support our customers. You deserve a better experience, and we’re working to deliver that.
If you're open to it, we’d still like to make things right. Please reach out again to [email protected] and mention this review. We’ll ensure your issue is resolved properly.

Products have the same name and look…
Products have the same name and look identical but there are different products for Apple and Android (Find My Device). Purchased the wrong one due to website being unclear. Refund did not include shipping which was significant given I live in Australia. Without Android Find My Device, the Pebblebee App is pretty useless.
Response from Pebblebee· Jun 18, 2025
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with your order and the frustration it caused.
You’re right that the visual similarity between our Apple and Android-compatible products can be unclear, and we’ve since updated our website to better highlight these differences before purchase. We’re also continuing to improve product labeling and compatibility guidance across all platforms. We now have the universal products that work for both Apple and Google and you don't have to differentiate them anymore.
We understand how disappointing it is to pay significant shipping fees, especially internationally, and not have them refunded after returning a product. While this is a common policy due to logistics costs, we know it can feel unfair in cases like yours, and we’re reviewing ways to handle these situations more thoughtfully.
Your point about the Pebblebee app without the Android Find My Device network is also valid. While the network is now improving globally, earlier availability gaps impacted many Android users. The Google Find Hub network is active, and live now and has been performing very well for most customers.
If there’s anything we can still do to support you or clarify what’s available now, feel free to reach out to [email protected].

Useless for locating phone.
I purchased a pebblebee clip to help my elderly mother locate her phone when she leaves it unattended. The website promised this functionality but it simply doesn’t work well, if at all, even after taking the time to have a frustrating exchange with their customer support. Adding insult to injury, the company requires users to send back the device at their own expense AND they deduct a 20% restocking fee for any returns. Do not buy this product if you plan to use it as a phone locator.
Response from Pebblebee· Jun 18, 2025
Hi L. Hul.,
We’re sorry to hear that the experience with the Clip didn’t meet your expectations, especially since it was intended to support your mother. That’s exactly the kind of use case we design for, and it’s disappointing to learn we fell short.
The phone-locating feature should work through a double-press on the Universal Clip when both devices are within Bluetooth range and permissions are properly set. However, we understand that reliability is key, and if the feature didn’t work consistently, that’s a serious concern. We’re continuing to improve functionality and user onboarding, especially for families supporting older adults.
As for the return process, your feedback is valid. While our policy does include a restocking fee and return shipping, we recognize that it can feel unfair when the product doesn’t deliver as expected. We're reviewing these policies to find a better balance between fairness and operational costs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. If you're open to it, we’d be happy to revisit your case directly. Please reach out to [email protected] and reference this review.
