Superb customer service. The items were shipped from the east coast to the west coast over the Christmas weekend in only five days. This was during an ice storm with winds of 50+ miles an hour. There was a minor glitch in that I received one wrong item, but Erin shipped the correct item right away and even let me keep the the wrong item that was shipped. Another plus, they answered the phone quickly when I phoned. The 15-pound bumper plates I ordered are very durable and what I needed. Thank you!

I have not received the product yet so no opinion on that yet. I'm glad you had the items in stock at a reasonable price. The shipping cost was steep based on the relative small package that it will be shipped in.
