Hi Casey, I apologize for the inconvenience. Your order was flagged in our system due to the fact that your name, the billing address, shipping address and phone number did not match up. In this case, it is company policy that we request a photo of the front and back of the credit card along with a screenshot of the billing name/address from the statement. This is used solely to verify the purchase since the credit card information was already entered into our website. This policy is in place to protect our company from fraudulent purchases as well as to protect our customers in the case that their information is obtained and used without consent.
