Chat function didn't work for me
I am happy with the prices and the selection, however I believe that the chat function either doesn't work or its not good, as I never even got a response and I waited for over 15 minutes.
Response from Perform Better· Dec 30, 2020
Hello Nick, I apologize for the inconvenience. Our Live Chat feature is available between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. As far as I'm aware, we haven't had any issues with the functionality. Because of the Holiday Sale, we have had quite a bit of traffic on the website which may case some delays in response time. Anyway, I will look into this and make sure everything is working properly. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly. Thanks, Nick Stebenne Website Management Perform Better / M-F Athletic [email protected] 1.888.556.7464 x 140
