Customer service is always the best. They ship things so quickly. The website is extremely slow in responding. I did check with a computer tech and it is not necessarily my computer. Other than that, love perform better.

A fitness instructor referred me to Perform Better as a reliable source of weight equipment at the start of the pandemic. They were fast and communicative. They've had trouble keeping things in stock since then but they've been really good about keeping updates about when they can expect to receive the next shipments. Really great business practices. I've referred several people here.
