Had items my son need for therapy. Very aggravating that free shipping code and all other codes would not work! As a new client free shipping would have been nice on first order! Will not recommend this site!
Response from Perform Better· Aug 6, 2019
Hi Chrissy, We appreciate the business and I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not sure which codes you're referring to. During the Summer Sale, one of our biggest sales of the year, we don't run free shipping nor do we have any valid promo codes out there at the moment as products are already discounted up to 40%. As far as shipping, ground shipping charges for contiguous USA orders totaling $75.00 or less is a flat rate of $9.95. Ground shipping charges for contiguous USA order totaling over $75.00 is 15% of your order total. If you decide to come back and order again in the future, please give us a call so we can explore other options to help lower that cost for you! If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. My contact information is listed below. shipping price is ridiculous. Site very slow
Response from Perform Better· Jul 30, 2019
Hi Aaron, First, I'd like to thank you for the business. More importantly, I want to apologize for the inconvenience you had while ordering on our website. We continue to update the site to improve the experience of our customers. Our page load speed is typically as fast as most eCommerce sites; however, high traffic can cause it to slow down a bit. As far as shipping, ground shipping charges for contiguous USA orders totaling $75.00 or less is a flat rate of $9.95. Ground shipping charges for contiguous USA order totaling over $75.00 is 15% of your order total. We are in the process of working on real time shipping charges but I can assure you that the 15% worked out in your favor as the actual shipping charge for your order was almost double! Anyway, you're order is shipping out of RI today via UPS and should be arriving on Monday August, 5th. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. My contact information is listed below. Tia Wilkinson M-F Athletic | Perform Better Customer Service Rep 1-800-556-7464 x161 [email protected]

Wondering why no discount available for Healthcare professional and/or fitness facility owners.
Response from Perform Better· Jul 30, 2019
Hi Dan, Thank you for your business! I reviewed your order and it looks like you received Summer Sale pricing which would actually beat any other discount we offer. This is one of our biggest sales of the year! If you come back to order again in the future, please give us a call to go over any discounts we may have available. We're happy to help! Thank you, Tia Wilkinson M-F Athletic | Perform Better Customer Service Rep 1-800-556-7464 x161 [email protected]

Check out was frustrating because it would not change some fill in areas or check boxes so I could put in my information. Eventually it did, but I was about ready to give up
