Over priced
Over priced, and shipping is over the top. Some products are worth the price but not all.

Hello Rob! I appreciate the feedback and do apologize for the shipping charges. The UPS fees are determined by weight and distance traveled. We continue to work with UPS on lowering these charges. As far as the product prices, we try to stay competitive with other companies. If you do find the same product elsewhere that is less expensive we will definitely price match that. Used one for the first time today
Used one for the first time today. It worked wonderfully! And I like the four pack because each one has a different stretch to it, allowing for different exercises and different workouts!

I love that I was able to chat online chat with customer service, who was able to answer a question I had before my order, and then after I ordered it I realized that I had ordered the wrong level, so, went back to Tia who quickly and kindly changed the order for me!!! Thank you!!!!

Quality of products is high though shipping costs are way to HIGH as is the cost of some products.
