I was ordering a replacement band. The band I have does not have a size on it, and the neither do the various choices online. I tried chatting support, but after several minutes of saying I was next in que, a message popped up that said the chat function was unavailable. I then had to call to determine which was the size that matched the one I was replacing. Customer support on the phone was friendly and helpful. Once I got the correct size (assuming that it is actually correct) it was easy to place the order. I recommend Perform Better put the length of the band on the site so you know what you are ordering.

easy Very easy to navigate and get where I needed to be to order my mini bands. I found them to be affordable, though the shipping was a little steep (more than the product!!)

The shipping seems a bit pricey but the price of the item is excellent.
