Hello Michael, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly look into this for you. Our goal is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. However, it looks like the shipping charge was removed from your order. I also see that you're address is local to us here in West Warwick, so order pick up is always an option for you as well! We're open Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. You can certainly give us a call to place your order and we can hold the items in our warehouse until you're ready to pick up.
