Perform Better has a good selection of equipment and excellent customer service.

Was sent emails (already on the list serve), went shopping and attempted to plug in both discount and "free shipping over..." opportunities - to no avail. 10% discount did happen. not the free shipping. too much time wasted looking for discount codes and the "live chat" was offline.

I just placed my first order with you and I tried to take advantage of the 10% discount and free shipping....When I clicked on the free shipping "additional details" there wasn't anything related to it other than to ask me for my email address. Now that I've placed the order I did get the discount but not the free shipping.... Not good!
