Great selection of products and reasonable prices, but a little difficult to reach out about questions. They had a free shipping event for spending over a certain amount the other day, but at checkout it was not honored. Just a glitch in the process? Nonetheless, it was another step to hunt down a customer service rep to get it resolved which I didn;t have time for so wound up paying the shipping.

the products we need are never in stock and on back order. This time back order was not even an option.

I had technical questions about a Davis shampoo mixing station. I emailed support and the mail was returned because the mailbox is full. Mary from Pet Edge actually took the time to find the answers for me and called me back... so unusual in today's world - someone who actually cares and wants to help. U GO MARY!
