I ordered a set of blades almost 3 months ago and I still have not received them. It really put my business in a bind. I understand we are in a pandemic, that's why I'm giving three stars instead if one.

Shipping took 2 weeks . . communicated, was directed to tracking. I guess once it's out of your hands you no longer have ant concerns

Was lied two twice from two different people concerning the dryer that I purchased. Was supposed to ship day that I ordered the stand dryer. Called back after I received wall mount and no dryer gentleman then told me that it wasn’t shipping until the 2nd. Called back on the 7th then told that it still hadn’t shipped was on back order. No one ever told me that. A supervisor was supposed to call me on the 8th the phone has not rang yet. Get your act together folks. Ok here’s another funny with you guys. 7/10 get a message someone will contact me. Phone still ain’t a ringin’ No dryer as of yet either. No email to track it either. Some comfort it’s 90 here in Georgia. I can just wash my cockers and hang them on the clothes line RIGHT
