Everything came promptly and in good condition. No issues and ordering from your site was easy to complete.

On May 26th. I ordered a stand dryer for my shop, it had a free shipping discount and was supposed to be shipped on 7/22. On 7/26 I received an email from petedge saying that the item was out of stock for 30 days so it was removed from my purchase. When I contacted customer support I was told I would just have to wait another month, but couldn’t guarantee they still had them in stock. That they where still on back order. However the website is still allowing people to purchase them saying they are available. If they’re not available, you shouldn’t have to wait past the expected shipping date to find out the item is not available, that’s over a month.

The product we ordered is exactly what we needed and the delivery was prompt. We are very pleased with our experience.

Shipping times were very long. I ordered roughly a month ago and am still waiting on half my order. Got an email that petedge has cancelled my order because items are out of stock even though it does not say that they are on the website. I am upset and frustrated.
