Love your products but keystone cops to get my order through
Love your products and prices. Have used you often. This past order process was right down ridiculous. I ordered over $200. Of supplies and for one reason or another my order would not go through. Then, over the course of the next three days I would put in the order and I was told the representative would call me about shipping, which they never did. Finally called the telephone number and did get a hold of someone that finally put my order through. But it was about a five day process.
