The products I received were as advertised. I felt they took a little long to arrive. I just recently received them so I can't speak yet about their quality and how they are going to last.

Fast excellent service

Package was delivered on time. I am not a professional dog groomer however I have a dog that has an auto immune disease and cannot leave my home. So I had to learn how to groom him myself I bought my first pair of Andis clippers one speed, they worked ok but was not fast enough for my xtra large dog I had them for about two years. I have a professional groomer that does my other three dogs she showed me hers which were up to speed Andis I decided to order them they’re quiet super fast and now instead of it taking me two hours to do him it only takes me one. Extremely difficult to get hold of customer support and then they sent the wrong missing part again.

I would have given you one more star but I felt my products should have come quicker. And two of my items are still on backorder. However I love the prices and the quality is good so I suppose that is worth the wait!
