I apologize for any confusion regarding your order. While our website reflects available products, it does not display the inventory of individual stores, as much of our stock is kept at our central warehouse. Due to the limited storage space at our store locations, orders placed online are first transferred from the warehouse to the store you select for pickup. This process can sometimes take a day or two. Because online orders that are picked up in-store require this additional handling and transfer process, a 10% service fee applies. For customers local to our stores, we encourage purchasing directly through the store to avoid this surcharge. We have reached out to the customer directly to resolve this issue.

We have spoken with the customer directly and are researching the cause of the delay. While the delivery time was longer than anticipated, unfortunately, shipping delays and lapses in tracking updates are not uncommon across all carriers.
