It was great that I could order the dog food brand, Fromm from you . The food has a good expiration date on it too.

The phone service was great, but I was so disappointed to get the notice you did not have the food that you took the order.you said there will no charge. I will check my bank statement and see if my money was returned. Thank you

The Fromm's snacks for dogs are loved by my dogs. We have gotten Fromm's Gold Dog food from you for years and I never thought of looking for their treats. Then you had them on sale recently and I decided why not? And they are great. I have scotties and they, scotties, have a lot of skin and tummy problems so when Fromm's was recommended by scottie rescue, well we tried and we are happy campers!

If zero was an option that is what I would rate them. Website was extremely buggy and kept kicking me out of the product and cart. I submitted my order and received a confirmation. They did not ship the order and never notified me that they cancelled it.

Received my order quickly. Easy to apply coupons and/or discounts on checkout.

It's easy to find the products I need on the PetFlow Web site, and more importantly PetFlow donates to animals in need with each order.

I placed my first order over the phone with a female and was told when the order would likely arrive as a Holiday was in the close future. the day came and went and No dog food delivered to the rescue. I called and found out the order was considered FRAUD and order was cancelled. So dogs were expecting this food and I had to reorder with faster delivery service with someone else. I will not use th is PetFlow again. I checked my text messages and Petflow told me to call the company, so I called and was told my order was cancelled for reason it is considered FRAUD. that is only and last communication
