Poor customer service. Ordered prescription pet food. Sent in vet prescription. In process. Heard nothing. Called after 2 week. Was told it is “out of stock” and order was automatically cancelled without any notification. No customer communication. Asked for prescription back so I could go elsewhere. They said they can’t give back. After I complained they send a worthless cat email informing me it was cancelled. Do not order from this place!

Hey there, We're sorry for all the trouble! In order to sell RX products, we have to abide by the manufacturers. These products are highly in demand and hard to find. Once we process the RX, it's sent over to the manufacturer for shipping. We do update the site every couple hours for stock. As for your RX, per regulation, if we're sent a paper copy, we have to load it into the system and it must be destroyed. It's still on file with us and they are usually good for a year. If you would be willing to give us another shot, we would be happy to apply a discount and expedite that in any way we can. Please shoot us an email to [email protected] ATTN Management and we will get back to you! (Please note that you left a review)

I placed my first order over the phone, and it was so ship right after Christmas, I got NO notice for delivery as this was going to a dog rescue; so I sent a TEXT Wed. the 3rd, I got a reply to call so then I called, and was told my order was cancelled due to fraud. It was allegedly flagged by the company as fraud. NO one called with a notice, nothing was done. I called to speak to a Supr. and was told it could take 1 - 3 days.. its 24 hrs. later and still NO call. do not like this kind of service

Hey there! We're sorry for the trouble! We sent over 2 emails about us needing to cancel that order. We were waiting on stock from the manufacturer and were unable to get this to you in a timely manner and sent a follow up and a refund. This is not the typical experience and I've gone ahead and applied a credit to your account that is good for the life of the account and can be combined with any coupons. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to reach out!
