Your website was easy to navigate. I found what I wanted quickly. I thought it took a little long to ship. But once it was shipped it arrived very fast. Also the food wasn't all smashed and crumbled like I am used to. That is a plus.

My cat loves a particular brand and flavor and my local stores were out. So I was quite happy to get it at PetFlow for a good price. The service was great with prompt shipping.

Don’t order from this company. I called in plenty of time to cancel a renal food that was no longer needed and was told they couldn’t cancel and will not refund. And to make it worse the food didn’t even ship until 3-4 weeks after the order was placed. Response was their company is too small to do that. Do yourself a favor and deal with a larger more reliable pet food supplier.

My purchase was placed under possible fraudulent activity. When I called for assistant, I was told it would have to be bumped up to second level. No one could help me or answer my questions then a day later, without any confirmation or a call, my account was charged and they sent half my order. When I called back the individual on the phone didn’t have an answer as to why it was OK. They then sent me an offer for $50 off $200 purchase so I ordered some more items and again it was put under fraudulent activity but yet today I see they took $68 out of my account , I’m very suspicious of this company and their activities. They’re not very forward or forthcoming.

Petflow is a great company to work with if you need dog food. Ships out and received quickly. Auto ship is easy to use. Only wish they would offer more incentives to existing customers.
