The product I ordered was not what I was expecting and my senior dog could not eat it. This was my first time ordering from PetFlow so I didn't really know what to expect, but when I reached out about a return, I was helped immediately, she was warm and kind, efficient and extremely professional. I recommend this company without hesitation! Amazing service, PetFlow, nice job!

PetFlow has quality pet products in my opinion. I use the Subscribe and Save option which saves money and gets my order to me on time. I receive an email a week in advance to manage my subscribe and save order. PURR-fect for me and my MEWS!!

Ordering and checkout process is exhausting. Tried to order several times, difficult system to navigate for checkout. When I did checkout it said you were out of stock but when Ordering it said you were in stock.

Easy to order online And arrived quickly. Even though more pricey than what I usually pay, my dog loves it, and since she has gotten older, she has gotten pickier with her food.
