I received great prices.

I have had nothing but problems getting my orders from you, you have canceled them without letting me know and why. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks, I have been with you for years.

So on September 16, 2023 I ordered my cats prescription Hills food. I understand this was a Saturday but I just received my cats food today September 28 2023. It is very frustrating because this is a prescription food that has a stress reliever in it. This would be like us not taking our medicine. I called six times during this course of 12 days. The person on the other end would say it’s in the warehouse and it would be shipped. I heard this several times. So on my last phone call the person on the other end said that my order was canceled and I was never told. Finally, someone got back with me and figured it out. Unacceptable because I rely on you.

I ordered Fromm Gold dog food and got it quickly. But I went to the pet food store and ordered another bag of the very same and it was half the price as the one I ordered from PetFlow. I won't be ordering it from PetFlow again. Shipping was over $5.00 also.

Ordering was great, easy, plenty of varieties & stock. Prices were great. Delivery was fast. an all aroung great experience.

great customer service when I contacted Pet Flow......delivery was pretty quick! I did notice on my most recent order 3-4 cans had SEVERE dents! I stopped ordering from CHEWY because of MANY SEVERLY DENTED cans!
