We found the pricing to be excellent and when some of the product was damaged in shipping they made it right immediately.

This company was the cheapest from everyone including chewy. They were easy to buy from they had everything I wanted, and they sent it out right away. I am very happy and will purchase from them again in the future.

Products seem comparably priced to my usual online pet retailer (Chewy), and they still offer Rakuten cash back which Chewy has eliminated. Also got a very nice introductory offer on some pricey vet prescription cat food. However... To get the offer, I had to set up a subscription. The longest you could get was a few months, where Chewy lets you go out as much as six months. My vet advised that I may not need to feed my cat the expensive prescription diet permanently, so I went to cancel the autoship. Piece of cake on Chewy, but at PetFlow you have to call them to cancel, at which point you have to explain why, and get pressure to join another program. Did NOT like this. Doubt I'll shop there again.
