Updated my address weeks before shipping and still sent to older address. First 2 shipments have gone horrible

We understand how upsetting it is to update your address ahead of time and still have an order go to the wrong place, especially on your first shipments. We’ve reached out to you directly to confirm which address should be attached to your autoship, as we do see two addresses listed on your account and want to make sure this is fully corrected moving forward. The box arrived ontime and I was able to use the cat litter along with the mat right away. Works perfectly.
