my vet never got the prescription request you were to send to them
Response from Petflow· Nov 6, 2025
We’re so sorry for the frustration with your pet’s prescription. It looks like there were some unexpected inventory issues with that particular food after your order was placed, which delayed the request being sent to your vet. We completely understand how inconvenient that can be and truly apologize for the experience. Our team is working on improving the communication that goes out in these situations so there’s more transparency moving forward. If you’d like us to take another look at your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] or text us at 1-833-316-1577. We’re happy to help get things back on track.

PetFlow offers the lowest price for NurtiSource dog food and the convenience of automatic deliveries is a relief. It’s been a little tricky for me to determine the correct number of weeks but that’s not their fault, it’s my responsibility. The food always arrives as scheduled, well packaged. Thank you PetFlow!
