Item was not available to be purchased or shipped. Very confusing when I was told it was shipped.

My deliver is usually from a local warehouse (2-3 days). When you ship from the East Coast, you need to bump up the ship date by a week
Response from Petflow· Nov 5, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry for any frustration this may have caused. We understand how important timely deliveries are and appreciate you sharing your experience. We’re currently reviewing our communication process to better inform customers when orders ship from a different warehouse so expectations are clear from the start.
