RECIEVED NOTHING TELLING ME YOU CANCELED MY ORDER! I HAD TO CALL ASKING WHERE MY ORDER WAS ONLY TO BE TOLD OH WE CANCELED DID NOT HAVE ONE PRODUCT.
Response from Petflow· Nov 5, 2025
We’re very sorry you weren’t notified about your order cancellation. It looks like one of the items in your order became unavailable, which caused the cancellation. We should have communicated that more clearly, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to find out after the fact. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we’ll use your feedback to improve how we update customers moving forward.

We have been on the subscription service since 2018. The delivery usually takes 4 days or less. When we inquire for status via chat, we found out this delivery will take one week.

I have been getting my pet food from Petflow for years. They have always been reliable, cost effective and helpful in every way. When I’ve had a problem with a damaged delivery they immediately resolved it. If I’ve had to reschedule deliveries they have been easy to contact and very helpful. Everyone that I have dealt with has always been friendly and helpful. I love Petflow.
