Good product. Emails well communicated. I absolutely hate to have to order on line I would Rather talk to a person but I was able to order the last time I tried.

Watch out, one minute they show you low pricing with free shipping. Then your next order, they are charging for shipping and doubling the cost of your pet order. They are unwilling to honor the original agreement.
Response from Petflow· Nov 5, 2025
We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. We recently updated our pricing and shipping policies to reflect increased operational costs, and we did send out an email notifying customers ahead of the change. We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations shift, and we’ve shared this feedback with our team to help improve communication moving forward.

Ordering was easy, price was higher than locally come to find out plus shipping. I have now located one store who carries this brand so I won't be ordering from PetFlow again. Plus food was delayed by 2 days so my dog went without his regular food.

We’re glad to hear the ordering process was easy, but we’re sorry to learn about the delay and disappointment with pricing and shipping costs. We recently updated our shipping policy and pricing due to increased operational costs, but we understand how frustrating that can be. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ll continue working to make our service as reliable and affordable as possible.

Customer service has always been great, but the recent website changes and the fact that discounts were removed. You are no longer competitive. I'm afraid we are leaving after last order.
Response from Petflow· Nov 5, 2025
We really appreciate your kind words about our customer service and are sorry to hear the recent updates have left you disappointed. We’ve made some necessary changes to our website and pricing to improve reliability and keep operations sustainable, though we understand it’s been an adjustment. Your feedback is important, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our team as we continue refining the experience.
