Ordered couple weeks back. No other stores including mfg had the dog food. You claimed you had it and took my order and money, still no dog food. Wondering if you really have the supply now? You will be reading about this a whole lot more if I don’t get food soon or my money back.

After calling several times and writing several times, and not getting a reply back, I finally learned after waiting over a week for my order to ship that it was out of stock. Given the product I ordered was a prescription food item, the lack of communications, absent customer service, and failure to follow through as promised to get back to me with a status update add up to an inferior quality and unreliable operation. I canceled my order, after loosing more than a week’s time waiting for a shipment that was never in stock, though posted and sold to me as if it was in stock. A huge loss of precious time chasing after an order that was misrepresented all along as being in stock, only to finally learn it was unavailable after all.
