Was told to allow two business days for presc. diet food to ship. It's been ten. Luckily, my dog's condition is not severe and we can get by, but imagine if it was? Not angry at the processing time, angry about the lack of warning.

Love the selection of cat food👏👏 and customer service couldn’t b better. I am still needing to allow for unexpected shipping delays which are understandable. Staff is consistently helpful and crediting me some for the delay which is helpful👍..The quality of food is worth it for my 2 four-legged furries❤️

We've been utilizing Pet Flow for automatic delivery of dog food for many years. They are excellent in product selection, customer service and delivery notifications. I love that I don't have to drive to the pet store anymore and can find anything on the Pet Flow website in a jiffy.

Placed a Order a week and a half ago. Took a week to get confirmed by the pharmacist and I'm still waiting for a Shipment. From my understanding it's on back order. But that was never expressed to me

I ordered dog food on 9/14 and I still do not have it on 9/23!! I asked them not to ship Fed Ex because they are a horrible carrier but they did anyway after I requested UPS!! The packages are lost somewhere and I had to go buy the same dog food that I ordered! I will no longer order from PetFlow!! This isn’t the first time this has happened! It has been going for 3 months!!
