Order came pretty quickly loved all items except the Dog food ordered Regular instead is Small Bites as I have a small old lady so she would not be able to bite the regular had to return.

I was skeptical making my first purchase because they were not one of the big box companies I had heard of, but they had the cat litter I needed that all other companies were out of. What a great surprise! The website was easy to use and I received an email confirmation immediately. My package was shipped extremely fast and came just as I ordered it. I had an amazing first time experience with them and will now continue to use them for my cats’ needs!

Same as last time. You sold me on product you did not have in stock and wasn’t going to be shipped for over 10 day, hoping it would come in.

The reason for 3 stars is mostly due to the condition of my products after delivery. On several occasions the bag of dog food was ripped open. There were also a few out of stock issues. For the most part my automatic deliveries always came on time.

My first order took a week to arrive and it was wrong ordered cat food and received dog food not evern close. Spoke with a representative about the problem and was told new order on way, we are in N.J. your close will have it in several day. Well a week later still waiting on cat food, its being shipped from 2500 miles away. I have tried up more money and time by having to go buy cat food from our local store. Has this company saved me money? NO.

Totally reliable and accurate monthly delivery - and great response to my email asking what might be a substitute for a particular kibble that just is not available. Very helpful - very !

These folks are helpful and responsive. Reasonable shipping time. Products that I couldn’t find on several other websites were available at Pet Flow. As a result, I am happy with the experience.
