Petflow runs a superb online business. My subscription preferences are paused at the moment but I love how I have the ability to adjust dates and intervals with just a couple of inputs. Their customer service is also very helpful and creative with solutions!

Thank you Petflow for getting delivery problems rectified. The dog food arrived next morning! Customer service was great. Again, many thanks and dogs Callie and Brandy thank you also!

I ordered a specific dog food and after a few weeks of not receiving it I called Petflow. I was told my order had been cancelled. I give two stars only because the person I spoke to told me the company that makes the food was having difficulty finding the ingredients to make the special food I had ordered.
